Afternoon starts on both days for optimal for peak performance.
New electronic chip timing system on International Skating Union dimensioned R25.5 m inner lane oval.

Races Start Friday 2:30 p.m.  -  Saturday 2:30 p.m.

Friday Races
500m – 1500m – 5000m
Jr. D Races 100m - 500m - 1500m

Saturday Races
3000m - 1000m - 10,000m
Jr. D Races 600m - 300m - 1000m

Awards for Overall Men’s and Ladies’ Champions, Runner-ups and First Runner-ups, and Age Class Overall Champions

Entry Fees:
Championship Skater Entry per Distance $30
Entry for 3 or more Distances $70

Championship Family Entry $125

Entry Fee must be received by February 4th, 2015 to avoid $20 late fee.

Timing-Chip Deposit (Due at check-in) - $20 (Cash Only) Refundable

*A Junior is a Skater who has not reached the age of 19 before July 1st preceding the competition. The number of skaters may warrant further classification of Jr. A (not reached 19 before 7/1/14), Jr. B (not reached 17 before 7/1/14), Jr. C (not reached 15 before 7/1/14), or Jr. D (not reached 13 before 7/1/14) at the discretion of the race director.

~The number of master skaters may warrant further classification of 10-year age categories (from age 30 onward) at the discretion of the race director.

We are using a chip-based timing system and skaters will receive two chips at check-in (after refundable deposit). Skaters are responsible for attaching a timing chip to each ankle before their races and returning the timing chips after each day of their competition has completed.

Initial seeding will be based upon www.speedskatingresults.com of most recent comparable results.

Categories may skate together at the discretion of the race director.
